How billing works

1. Deposit

Every account gets a permanent deposit address for each supported network. Send SOL, USDC, or USDT on Solana, BTC on Bitcoin, or ETH on Ethereum — the currency is auto-detected on-chain and credited to your balance once confirmed.

2. Subscribe

Pick a plan and its price is debited from your balance immediately, starting a fresh 30-day billing cycle. Switch plans any time — the difference is prorated, not re-billed from scratch.

3. Auto-renew (optional)

Leave auto-renew on and each cycle renews itself from your balance. Turn it off any time — your plan simply expires at the end of the current cycle instead of charging again.

You're not cut off — going over is billed at $0.50/GB, charged from your balance automatically, with nothing for you to do. Only if your balance can't cover it are your routes paused (never deleted): they reactivate automatically the moment you're back under quota or your balance can cover the overage, whichever comes first.

Yes, any time, in either direction, from the Billing panel. The new plan's price is debited from your balance immediately and your renewal date resets from that point — no waiting for the current cycle to end.

The account is suspended and new routes are paused — your existing keys and route configuration aren't deleted. Top up your balance and the next billing sweep reactivates everything automatically, no manual steps needed.
