Effective date: October 17, 2026
ZTRelay is owned and operated by MOR-TECH LLC.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and MOR-TECH LLC ("MOR-TECH," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of ZTRelay (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not: (a) located in, or a resident of, a country or territory subject to a comprehensive U.S., E.U., or U.N. embargo or sanctions regime; or (b) listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties (including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals list). We may deny or terminate access to comply with applicable export control and sanctions law.
ZTRelay provides encrypted, multi-hop routing of raw TCP and UDP traffic across Entry, Middle, and Exit relay nodes, together with supporting account, key-management, address-aliasing, and billing functionality (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is a transport layer only. We do not operate, endorse, or control any application, website, or destination you reach through it, and we have no visibility into the content of traffic carried by the relay — see Section 5 ("Acceptable Use") and our Privacy Policy for what that does and does not mean in practice. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee any particular level of throughput, latency, or uptime unless separately agreed in writing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
password, your account identifier, and your
secret_key. Your secret_key is shown exactly
once at registration and is never retrievable again — we store only a
one-way hash of it. If you lose it, we cannot recover it for you; you
will need to regenerate it from the dashboard (which invalidates the
old one) if you still have an active session, or lose CLI/desktop
client access if you do not. You are solely responsible for all
activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your
registered email account secure, and you agree to notify us promptly
of any unauthorized use. You may not share an account between
multiple people, and you may not misrepresent your identity when
registering.
The Service is offered on paid subscription plans; current pricing is posted on our Pricing page and may change from time to time, with changes applying prospectively to future billing cycles. There is no free tier — a plan subscription must be paid from your account balance before you can create routes.
Each account has a persistent deposit address on each supported network, created the first time you select that network on the Billing panel. Funding your balance requires sending SOL, USDC, or USDT on Solana, BTC on Bitcoin, or ETH on Ethereum, to the matching address. Only the native coin is accepted on Bitcoin and Ethereum: tokens sent to an address on one of those networks, including token versions of USDC or USDT, are not supported and cannot be recovered. A deposit is credited to your balance only after it has been confirmed on its network to the depth we require, which differs by network, and a payment worth less than one US cent is not credited. You are solely responsible for sending the correct asset, on the correct network, to the correct address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we are not able to reverse, refund, or recover funds sent to the wrong address, the wrong network, or in an unsupported asset, and we assume no liability for such errors, for network congestion, for third-party wallet or exchange failures, or for fluctuations in the USD-equivalent value of a deposit between the time it is sent and the time it is confirmed and credited.
All deposits and plan charges are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you enable auto-renew, your plan's price is automatically deducted from your balance on each renewal date; if your balance is insufficient or auto-renew is disabled, your account is suspended from creating new routes until you top up and/or re-enable auto-renew, at which point the next billing cycle reactivates it automatically. We do not extend credit — if your balance cannot cover a renewal, no debt accrues; access is simply paused.
Data used beyond your plan's monthly quota is billed at $0.50 per GB, charged automatically from your balance as it's incurred — no action is required on your part, and your routes are not interrupted while your balance can cover it. We do not extend credit for this either: if your balance cannot cover the overage, the affected routes are paused (not deleted) until your balance can cover it or the next billing period begins, at which point they reactivate automatically.
You agree not to use the Service, and not to permit anyone using
access you control (including a shared ._ztr alias) to
use the Service, to:
Exit node IP addresses are shared infrastructure: their standing with third-party networks and abuse- or spam-block lists affects every other user currently routed through that same exit, not just you. You are responsible for not damaging that standing, and this responsibility applies even where the underlying conduct does not independently violate another provision of this Section — harm to a shared exit's reputation is, on its own, grounds for suspension or termination under Section 13.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke routes and aliases, or refuse service, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Because the Service is designed to be protocol-blind and does not log traffic content, our ability to detect misuse is inherently limited to the account, billing, and metadata signals described in our Privacy Policy — this Acceptable Use Policy applies regardless of whether a violation is technically observable to us.
Separately from the Acceptable Use Policy above, MOR-TECH maintains an internal ledger of client and destination IP addresses associated with credible indicators of terrorism, child sexual abuse material, or known malicious or hacking infrastructure, drawn from our own observations and third-party threat-intelligence sources. Traffic to or from an address on that ledger may be rejected at the network level, automatically and without further processing.
This blocking is a technical, address-based control, not an investigation of you: it happens without identifying, deanonymizing, logging, or reporting the person attempting the connection — because, consistent with Section 2 and our Privacy Policy, we do not have information capable of making that identification in the first place. A blocked connection simply fails; no record is created linking an identity to the block event, and we do not notify any third party of a blocked attempt. Being blocked does not, by itself, constitute an accusation, finding, or admission of wrongdoing. The contents, sources, and criteria of the ledger are confidential and may change at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion, to preserve its effectiveness.
We may access, preserve, or disclose account information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, regulation, legal process (such as a valid subpoena, court order, or warrant), or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MOR-TECH, our users, or the public. We can only produce what we actually retain, and, as described in our Privacy Policy, that is deliberately little: we do not log connection or traffic data, and we do not collect your legal name or any payment card or banking information — billing is exclusively via cryptocurrency deposit. In practice, there is no traffic-identifying record to produce; at most, a request may reach the limited account records described in our Privacy Policy (such as the email address and billing ledger on file), if any exist for the account in question. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify the affected user before disclosure unless prohibited by law or where we determine notice would be inappropriate (e.g., imminent harm, an active law enforcement request not to notify).
The ._ztr address-aliasing feature lets you map an IPv4
address you control to one or more private aliases and share a given
alias with a third party as a destination. You are solely responsible
for whoever you share an alias with and for what runs behind it.
Deleting an alias revokes future connections made through it, but, as
noted on the Address Aliases panel, it cannot undo information (including your
IPv4 address) that a recipient may already have obtained by other
means — this is a property of the underlying service you exposed, not
a defect in the Service. You represent that you have the right to
operate, and to grant others access to, any destination you map an
alias to.
The Service, including its node infrastructure, website, and the software we operate, is owned by MOR-TECH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service itself (our node infrastructure and website) except as expressly permitted by applicable open-source licensing terms accompanying specific components.
The ztrclient software is made available under the Apache License 2.0 (github.com/igenius21fm/ztrclient). Your use, copying, modification, and distribution of it are governed by that license, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights it grants. The ZTRelay name and logo are not licensed by it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT ANY EXIT NODE OR THIRD-PARTY NETWORK WILL BE AVAILABLE, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF ANONYMITY OR PRIVACY. NO ANONYMITY OR PRIVACY TECHNOLOGY IS PERFECT, AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND OF THE DESTINATIONS YOU CONNECT TO THROUGH IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MOR-TECH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This allocation of risk reflects the nature of the Service: MOR-TECH operates the underlying network infrastructure — the nodes, the exit bandwidth, the IP addresses traffic exits from — but does not control, and by the design described in Section 2 is largely unable to observe, what a user chooses to reach through it. Much as a landlord is not responsible for what a tenant does inside a leased property, MOR-TECH is not responsible for a user's choice of destination or for what that destination does with the connection. This is a limitation of liability, not a tolerance of misuse: Sections 5 and 6 remain in full force, and MOR-TECH does not support, condone, or knowingly permit use of the Service by bad actors.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOR-TECH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) content or destinations you route, alias, or share through the Service; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any right you granted a third party via a shared alias.
We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, at any time and at our sole discretion, including for a breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or a legal or regulatory requirement, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. Sections 6, 9 through 12, and 15 through 17 survive any termination. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any unused account balance is treated as described in Section 4 and is not automatically refunded upon termination, whether voluntary or for cause.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where practical, provide additional notice (such as an in-product banner or an email to your account address). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Laramie County, Wyoming, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
Class action waiver: to the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOR-TECH regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to system@ztrelay.net or via the Support page. MOR-TECH LLC is the entity responsible for the Service described in these Terms.
